Our Story
Speirs Brasserie is the vision of head chef Shaun Gray, bringing his international experience back to home soil in the quiet hills of Himeville, KwaZulu-Natal.
As a chef-owned restaurant it’s really important to Shaun that his small kitchen team are trained in the art of refined cooking, using and extracting flavour from every scrap of produce in the process. All staff have been recruited locally and are loving this journey, learning under his wing
Set in the Old Priory House in Himeville, with seated areas and decor designed to pay an authentic tribute to the old world charm.
